Last day to order personalized gifts is December 14, 2009 for Christmas Delivery. For all other in stock items, last day to order is December 17, 2009 for Christmas Delivery.

Simply Done Gifts offers a flat $6.95 shipping rate

on all orders to one address within the continental United States. There will be a surcharge on orders shipped in the US but outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, other). Simply Done Gifts does not currently ship outside the United States. Exceptions to flat rate shipping include: Rush or expedited orders, international shipping, and products indicating additional shipping fees on the item description. Most items are shipped via Fed Ex. Simply Done Gifts commits to the following shipping procedures:

  • Rush Delivery

    Please specify in the comments section if you would like FedEx 2-day shipping (fees may range from $25-40) or FedEx Express Saver (fees may range from $20-35). Fees will be added to your order total. Simply Done Gifts will email you a receipt with the final cost.

    • Non-personalized items

      – most non-personalized items will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. Rush shipping/delivery is available for an additional fee.

      • Personalized or Embroidered items

        – personalized or embroidered items will be shipped 7-10 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. Rush shipping/delivery is available for an additional fee.

        • Back Ordered Items

          - You may add back ordered items to your cart and continue to the normal checkout. You will not be charged until your item(s) is ready to ship. Your order will not be shipped until it is complete. For separate shipping, please enter your request in the comments section of the checkout process. Applicable shipping charges apply to each separate shipment.

          Free Shipping offers apply only to standard flat rate shipping charges to the 48 contiguous states and exludes rush and overnight shipping.

            Reduce, Reuse, Recycle


            Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Simply Done Gifts believes in respecting our environment and doing our part to preserve it for future generations. To this end, we may reuse shipping and packing materials that are clean and gently used. Not only do we feel better about what we are doing for the earth, but we can help you by keeping our costs down!

            Store Pick-Up


            Simply Done Gifts now offers store pick-up for our local customers. Our display and pick-up location is located at

            Koalaty Cleaners

            in Southlake, TX. If you are a local customer, you may choose this option. Your order will typically be ready for pick-up in 5-7 days, but we will email you when your order is ready.

            Koalaty Cleaners is located at 2787 E. Southlake Blvd. (next to The Melting Pot), 817.442.1453.

            Returns


            Simply Done Gifts wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Store credit will be issued for returns and exchanges for purchases with a receipt within 30 days of the date of the purchase. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

            If you need to return an item, please email customerservice@simplydonegifts.com with your name, phone number, item to be returned and an explanation of the reason for return and we will contact you with procedures for returning your item. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
